EACOM is committed to treat complaints about financial reporting, internal controls, its business dealings and any harassment and breach of the code of conduct and policies covered by EACOM’s Human Resources Health and Safety and Environmental Policy. Our Whistleblower Policy aims to:
- cause violations regarding the above matters to be identified and dealt with before they can disrupt the business or operations of EACOM or lead to serious loss; and,
- ensure that no employee or supplier should feel at a disadvantage in raising legitimate concerns regarding these matters.
Accordingly, this Policy establishes procedures for the submission of a complaint or concern by anyone regarding EACOM’s financial reporting, internal controls, its business dealings and harassments, with the reassurance that anyone bringing forward a complaint using this Policy’s guidelines will be protected from retaliation for whistleblowing in good faith.
